Coach Keith Mondillo has been the driving force behind Gwynedd Mercy University’s women’s basketball program since taking over in 1995. Under his leadership, the team has become a dominant force in both regional and national competitions. Mondillo has amassed a remarkable record of 518-274, including seven conference titles and nine NCAA Tournament appearances. His teams have competed in 16 of the last 20 conference championships, boasting an impressive postseason record of 36-20.
